Head Lad & Lasses Course
Taking on a supervisory role can be a demanding job. Not only will the position require you to communicate up and down the management team, motivate and lead the team and delegate, you'll also be responsible for internal team relationships and stages of team formation.
To ensure you have the skills necessary to successfully take your team forward the Northern Racing College have designed a one day course which, through practical learning will put you firmly on the road to success.
Delivered in a relaxed environment by JS Development, a company who specialise in assisting businesses to develop and grow, this course will enable you to understand how you can develop these essential skills.
The course is designed for head grooms and aspiring head grooms. Individuals in other roles who take on responsibility for supervising other members of staff are also very welcome to apply.
